Omelet and pastries for breakfast with custom omelets. Great and handy location very close to all the downtown shops and restaurants, stores, other hotels, bus stops, could not be better.

Cosy and welcoming rooms with coffee as well as juice. Breakfast with muffins and juice, for example. Easy to get to, stunning location near to town centre and Banff Avenue and shops.

A warm and cozy escape
Waking up to a fabulous view of the mountains each morning was very nice. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The noise from the hallway was disruptive at night. It seemed like every conversation was audible.

The location was great, right in the centre of Banff. There was also a really nice vibe to the hotel. It was busy and bustling yet the health facility was quiet so you could find space to relax. It was one of the cheaper hotels of our holiday...

On a very hot day dissapointed that hotel rooms do not have air conditioning. Although 2 fans were supplied one was broken.

Location to downtown restaurants and shopping was good. Health Club was very nice. Breakfast was good but a bit over-priced.
Temperature of room was either too hot or too cold - couldn't regulate temperature to a comfortable level. Very noisy when other guests used their bathroom - woke us up early in the morning.

excellent location with room for improvement
The location is perfect for exploring the center. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
The room felt a bit outdated in style.

Location is great and they have a bar/restaurant within the hotel.
When we checked in we were upgraded from the standard room to the deluxe room. But in reality it felt like a downgrade!! Bathroom was not clean. There was dust and hair in the bathroom in some corners. The bath tub contained stains and was not properly cleaned. We thought of having a cup of coffee and we were dissapointed that the inside of the coffee maker was dusty, seems like nobody used it in a while. Just to draw comparison hotels like Extended Stay America are way better in cleanliness and cheaper. Unless u want to stay close to Banff I would never recommend this hotel.
